Use of Babydoll sheep for vineyard grass management.

Has anyone got any comments or suggestions with respect to this idea ?

The Babydolls are a miniaturized breed of the famous Southdown sheep from England, which are

reputed to be the tastiest of all. They are also seriously cute and cuddly.

The idea is that a small flock of them would keep the grass and weeds down, whilst contributing

to earnings. - They're seriously expensive to buy, so presumably, they are also seriously expensive

to sell.

There is some pleasing footage on U Tube from Jowler Vineyard in Missouri......

Any experience ?

All feed-back welcome.

As long as they prefer grass to grape shoots...or grapes. There is also a weed with round burrs like crazy that will make a mess of their coat.
